Who We Are
We at Your Choice Care & Support Ltd, have over 30 years of experience providing care and support to adults and the elderly with care needs. Whether it's assistance with personal care, support to access the community, social activities or a befriending service at home. Your Choice Care & Support can provide personal care and support to enable adults to stay in their own homes. We can provide
a break for main carers, giving them the peace of mind they need to relax and enjoy their own quality time.
Your Choice Care & Support is owned and run by Sally Rogers and supported by a dedicated team of staff. Sally has managed a care & support service for over 10 years and has 30 years experience in the care industry.
Our most senior staff member, Kimberly, has experience in the care industry at a managerial level and also works closely with vulnerable adults, supporting them with their day to day needs. Kimberly also managed a social inclusion service for residents within a care setting.

We pride ourselves on providing a professional service with experienced and compassionate staff. All our staff are thoroughly vetted and undergo a criminal records check. All staff have comprehensive training and undergo regular updates.
